The location was good. The facility was clean. The room was clean feeling and the bathroom was spacious.

Breakfast was a disaster. Out of everything, even coffee. To give them the benefit of the doubt I think someone must have not come in that morning and the manager/desk clerk was trying to do everything. No eggs, forks, water, juice machine was spitting out colored water. Tables were dirty, etc., etc. Facility must have been fairly full since parking was tricky.

Our check-in was a breeze, and the room was very comfortable for the price. Having a microwave, coffee/tea amenities, and a refrigerator in the room was a nice bonus. This location was wonderful and cozy, especially with its proximity to a soccer tournament, stores, and restaurants.

My grandparents said the beds were very comfortable. When I checked them in the rooms were very clean.

I had called the hotel prior to figure out if I needed to pay the day of arrival or if I was paying upon leave because I wanted to pay in cash for my grandparents hotel while they visited from Florida. The girl said all I needed was a hotel the day of to confirm their reservation for incidentals and upon departure the balance would be do. Well the day of their booking they drafted money out of my account which caused fees and OVERcharged me by 41$. Was not happy with that or the additional $100 in fees they caused.

Fire alarm went off between 6:00-6:30 am...false alarm but no sleeping in after all of the excitement.

We arrived and was told we did not have a room. The lady at the desk would not let us in just kept saying we did not have a room and would hang up on us. Standing outside in the rain with my 5 year old trying to figure things out and all she would do was hang up on us. Very unhappy

The staff here were super nice and friendly, and the location was great for catching baseball games in the area. Our room was clean and had everything we needed like a microwave and a refrigerator. It was a top-notch stay, a solid 10/10 from start to finish! 🌟

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is close to restaurants and stores, offering convenience for solo travelers like me. The coffee area is easily accessible, allowing me to grab a quick cup before heading out. The staff provided excellent service, as evidenced by Shannon Johnston's willingness to accommodate a room change without any penalties. Additionally, the breakfast offered was consistently enjoyable.

One of the negative aspects is the lack of a mini fridge in the room, which I found inconvenient.

Conveniently located near restaurants and Walmart, clean and comfortable rooms, impressive room size and cleanliness, good location.

ice machine only on main floor only one small elevator..breakfast was not good..food was not fresh..no microwave or mini refrigerator..only two luggage carts and the elevator broke and main computer wasn't working..asked night clerk to bring me a tv guide that was missing. She said she would bring one up and never did..had to go get a phone book from front desk

I find this hotel to be very nice. Staff was nice. Everything was clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was very nice. This wasnt the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I was upset though to find that they got rid of their hot tub. They should probably update the site about that. Other than that, I was very pleased.

They got rid of the hot tub. It was there the last time I stayed, and it was nice. I was actually looking forward to it when I stayed this previous time, but came to find that they got rid of it.
